Content Submission Terms

Who these terms cover

These terms cover photos and videos submitted for WindTech Memories to [responsible legal entity to be confirmed], operating the WindTechPro brand. Participation is free and publication is not guaranteed.

Your ownership and permissions

You retain copyright in content you own. You confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to submit the content and grant the licence below. Obtain any necessary permissions from identifiable people and respect site, employer, client and confidentiality restrictions. Do not submit sensitive documents, confidential information or content you are not authorised to share.

Permission to publish and edit

By submitting, you grant the responsible entity a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to select, reproduce, crop, edit, combine, subtitle and publish your submitted material in WindTechPro Highlights and related organic brand content on WindTechPro's website and social media channels. The worldwide scope reflects the public accessibility of online publications. No ownership is transferred.

The licence is granted for an indefinite term, subject to removal requests and applicable privacy rights. Service providers and social platforms may process content as necessary to produce and display the authorised publications.

Credit and contact

Include your name and personal LinkedIn profile URL in the WeTransfer message. Where reasonably practical, WindTechPro will credit contributors by name or LinkedIn profile. Credit placement may vary by format. Your LinkedIn profile may be used to contact you about a publication; submission does not enrol you in marketing campaigns.

Removal requests

Send requests concerning future use or removal, identifying the contribution or publication. WindTechPro will review requests and stop new uses while resolving the request, and remove material from channels it controls where appropriate. Copies shared independently by others may remain outside its control. Applicable privacy rights are unaffected.

External transfer service

Files are submitted through WeTransfer under that service's terms, verification requirements, availability and limits. Memories does not upload, receive or store your files. Its permission checkbox is a prerequisite to following the link on this page, but is not an individual consent record linked to a transfer.
